Platform scope

These terms cover the Financial Connect Technologies website, public sandbox, product catalog and product access form.

Sandbox boundary

The public sandbox is a demonstration that uses sample data. It is not for actual records, filings, submissions or decisions. Do not enter personal, confidential or regulated information.

Product availability

The availability label on each page describes the current product state. Early Access and In Development products may change. They may not be available to every organization.

Permitted use

You may use the website and sandbox to understand the products. You may not disrupt the platform, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at harmful volume or present sandbox output as a completed real-world result.

Intellectual property

Financial Connect, Substantiq, DraftLine, LineView, PositionLine, ViewShift, TaxLine, TaxView, Controls and ITIN Connect are product identifiers of Financial Connect Technologies. Website use does not transfer ownership.

No warranty

The public website and sandbox are available for evaluation. To the extent permitted by law, Financial Connect Technologies disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions made from sample output.
